When times get tough and the world gets you down, a daily healing meditation can be just the thing to help you recover. Follow along below with my favorite daily healing meditation.
Before we begin, let’s take a moment to breathe and get comfortable.
As you inhale, imagine you are breathing in a warm, vibrant white light. Allow it to fill your body with warmth and love.
Imagine this white light providing healing energy to your body. Feel rejuvenated by its touch. Trust it to know what your body needs, even though you may not.
Feel the stress slowly melt off your body with each exhale from your head down to your toes.
As you inhale, see this healing light enter your head and shine. As you exhale, see it release out of your body, taking with it any stale energy.
Continue to do this moving down into your neck. Inhale, and see this white light shine in your neck.
As you exhale, feel the muscles in your neck gently release.
Inhale this healing light into your shoulders, then, feel the stress melt off your shoulders as you exhale.
Continue this as you move down your body.
Next, inhale into your arms.
And exhale.
Inhale into your hands.
And exhale.
Inhale into your stomach, your core.
And exhale.
Inhale into your pelvis.
And exhale.
Inhale into your thighs.
And exhale.
Inhale down your calves.
And exhale.
Inhale deep down to your feet.
And exhale.
Now, take a deep breath. See your full body glowing white, and with that glow, feel rejuvenated, refreshed, and happy.
See yourself going about your day as the healthiest, happiest version of you.
Visualize going through your day with comfort and ease.
Now, with your energy renewed, open your eyes and start or restart your day with a feeling of health and happiness.
