This routine both makes it easier for you yet still keeps you moving while you’re traveling. So, here is a quick and easy fitness routine that can be done in your hotel room while traveling.
1. Dolphin Plank
The first exercise in this fitness routine is the dolphin plank. To do this workout, you can start with a plank position, making sure that your hands and forearms are clasped together. From there, you can contract your abs and press down through your arms and shoulder as you move your chest towards your feet and your hips up. Slowly, you can go back to a plank position while keeping your abs contracted or tight. For a quick ab workout, you can repeat this exercise 15 times.
Exercises for saddlebags are also a great choice for your hotel room workouts while traveling. Think about adding them into your regular workout routine.

2. Single-Leg Run
Aside from ab exercises, this fitness routine that you can do in your hotel room also has a cardio workout, which is the single-leg run.
In this exercise, you’ll start in a lunge position. You have to make sure that your right foot is in front of your left foot and your left arm is bent in front while your right arm is at your back. Afterward, you can move your left knee in front while moving your right arm in front and left arm in the back. From there, repeat the procedure on your right foot while moving your left arm in front and right arm at the back. You can repeat the exercise 30 times as fast as possible for a good cardio workout.
3. Kneeling Swim
Another cardio workout in this workout routine is the kneeling swim. In this exercise, you will begin by sitting on your knees, making sure that both of your arms are at your side. Afterward, move your upper body forward as you move your arms behind you. Then, you can move your hips forward and rise on your knees while circling your arms over your head. From there, you can move your arms in circles. You can increase your speed as you repeat the exercise 30 times in each direction.
All in all, this is one quick yet effective fitness routine you can do in your hotel room while traveling. As you can see, most of these workouts are simple, yet they are effective, especially if you complete the set. For a full-body workout, you can also add other exercises, such as pushups, burpees, and squats. Or, if you’d prefer beautiful scenery, be sure to check out local hikes at the destination you’re visiting. Hiking is another great way to get some cardio in.
